Property management shouldn't be expensive or complicated. Most software is built for large property management companies, not the landlord with 1-20 units dealing with roommates, college students, and split rent payments.

We're building tools to make rent collection and lease management simple and affordable for small landlords who are tired of chasing down multiple roommates every month.
